Requirements
With a diverse and growing fleet spanning containerships, bulk carriers, PCTC’s and tankers, you’ll have the opportunity to train across a range of vessel types before deciding where you want to further your seafaring career.
International Cadets
Applicants must have a qualification in Nautical Science, Maritime Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Training durations will vary from country to country.

Interviews

Applicants with the right qualifications and
experience will move to interview stage:
1. Interview at your local office
2. Online interview with London HQ
Checks

If your interviews are successful, you will need to complete the
necessary pre-joining checks like a medical exam and US Visa application prior to vessel assignment.
Briefing

Once you have been assigned to a vessel, you will complete a pre-joining brief with your local office.
